01The problem
What usually brings people here
A website should do more than look good.
Your website should help people find you, understand you and take action. If it is slow, unclear, difficult to find on Google or failing to generate enquiries, it is not doing enough for your business.
Hard to find
Your ideal customers cannot find you when they search.
Looks dated or unclear
Your website does not reflect the quality of the business behind it.
Traffic without enquiries
People visit but do not take the next step.
No joined-up digital strategy
Your website, SEO and marketing operate separately instead of supporting each other.
SB Digital Enhancements connects design, search and marketing around one goal: helping your digital presence generate business.

03Example projects
How we work
Work that has to perform, not just look good.
These are example builds showing how we approach each type of website. Client names, approved screenshots and verified results are published here as clients sign them off.

Property & Construction
Property & construction build
The challenge
The business is credible in person and invisible online. The site was built years ago, shows a handful of low-resolution photographs and says nothing about scale, accreditation or the kind of project the company actually wants. Enquiries arrive from people who are the wrong fit.
What we change
Decide which work the business wants more of, then build the whole journey around it: the sectors it serves, the projects it shows, how capability is evidenced, and the search terms buyers and specifiers actually use.

Professional Services
Professional services redesign
The challenge
Every competitor says the same four things. The site lists services without explaining who each one is for, what happens next, or why this firm. Visitors read, fail to place themselves, and leave.
What we change
Rebuild around the client's question rather than the firm's org chart. Each service page answers who it is for, what the process looks like, what engaging involves and what the first conversation covers.

Architecture & Design
Design-led brand website
The challenge
Beautiful work presented in a template. Images compressed to the point of damage, slow pages, and no route from admiring the work to starting a conversation.
What we change
Treat the project library as the product: fast, large imagery, careful sequencing, and an enquiry path that feels like the natural end of looking rather than an interruption.

Five stages
From idea to launch — without the confusion.
Five stages, so you always know what is happening and what is needed from you.
- 01
Understand
We learn about the business, customers, goals and current digital presence.
Your partA conversation, access to what exists today, and an honest view of what is not working.
- 02
Plan
We define the structure, priorities, content, user journey and success measures.
Your partYour sign-off on the plan before anything is designed or built.
- 03
Build
We design and develop the agreed solution.
Your partFeedback at the agreed design and build checkpoints, plus any content only you can supply.
- 04
Refine
We test, review, optimise and incorporate feedback.
Your partA proper review round — this is the stage where your comments shape the result.
- 05
Launch & Grow
We launch carefully, measure performance and identify opportunities to keep improving.
Your partA short check before go-live, then decisions on what to improve next.
The stages stay the same; the timeline does not. A focused landing page and a full website with SEO and marketing run to very different schedules, so we agree realistic dates with you at the planning stage rather than quoting a standard turnaround.
05Why SB Digital Enhancements
One team, start to finish
One team for the whole customer journey.
No handing the website to one company and the marketing to another, with neither accountable for the result. The people who plan your project are the people who build and market it.
More about the teamStrategy and implementation in one place
The plan is made by the people who build it, so nothing is lost in translation and you are not paying twice for the same thinking.
SEO considered from the first wireframe
Structure, page hierarchy and performance are decided at design stage, so you are not paying later to retrofit search onto a finished site.
Commercial thinking, not just visual
Every page is judged on what the visitor does next, not only on how it looks — which is what turns a website into enquiries.
One partner across website and marketing
When traffic and conversion sit with the same team, nobody can blame the other side. One person is accountable for the result.
Clear communication, in writing
Scope, price, decisions and progress explained in plain English, so you always know what is happening and what it costs.
Data-informed improvement after launch
Analytics and enquiry tracking show what is actually working, so changes are based on evidence rather than opinion — including ours.
06Proof
How we evidence the work
We would rather show evidence than adjectives.
We publish client quotes only where the client has given them to us and approved publication. No star ratings, no review counts, nothing written on their behalf.
Shown, not claimed
Every project profile explains the problem, the approach and what changed — so you can judge the thinking.
Measured after launch
Analytics, search visibility and enquiries are tracked, so progress is reported rather than assumed.
Named clients on approval
We ask permission before publishing a client's name, site or results. Until then, profiles stay anonymous.
Work you can inspect
Ask for a walkthrough of a live build and we will show the real thing, not a polished mock-up.

The things businesses ask us first.
It depends on complexity, functionality and what the site has to achieve. A focused brochure site for a small professional firm is a very different piece of work to an ecommerce platform or a site with booking, portals or integrations. We scope every project individually: we look at the number of pages, whether copy and photography exist, what needs building rather than configuring, and what the commercial objective is. You get a fixed scope and a fixed price before anything starts, not an hourly meter.
A straightforward site can be planned, designed, built and launched in a matter of weeks. Larger projects take longer, and the delay is rarely the development — it is usually content, approvals and decisions. We agree a schedule at the planning stage, tell you exactly what we need from you and when, and keep the build moving in stages you can see rather than disappearing for two months.
Yes, and a redesign is usually more than a new coat of paint. We look at why the current site underperforms: the structure, the order information is presented in, the clarity of the messaging, page speed, technical SEO and where people drop out. Then we rebuild around that. Where existing rankings and content are valuable, we protect them with proper redirects and migration planning rather than starting from zero.
Yes. SEO should influence the structure of a website from the first sketch — page hierarchy, URLs, internal linking, how services are split, how fast the site loads and how content is written. Adding SEO after launch means retrofitting decisions that were already made badly. We work on technical SEO, local SEO, on-page optimisation and content strategy, and report on what is actually changing in search.
Yes. We run Google and Meta campaigns, and we connect them to the pages people land on, the tracking behind them and the enquiries they produce. That link matters: most underperforming ad accounts are not an ad problem, they are a landing-page and measurement problem. We would rather manage both sides than optimise a campaign that sends people somewhere that cannot convert them.
Yes. After launch we can handle hosting and maintenance, incremental improvements to pages that underperform, SEO and content work, campaign management and reporting. How involved that is depends on you — some clients want a monthly programme of work, others want us available when something needs changing.
Yes. We work remotely with businesses wherever they are based, with calls at the points where they add value and clear written updates in between. Local SEO for a specific town or region is something we can run from anywhere; we do not need to be on your doorstep to understand your market.
Yes — that is the reason SB Digital Enhancements exists. Strategy, design, development, SEO, paid advertising, social and content can be run as one connected system with one team accountable for the result. You do not have to brief four suppliers, translate between them, or work out whose fault it is when enquiries do not arrive.
Your digital presence should reflect the business you are building.
Tell us where you are now and where you want to go. We'll work out what needs to change.
